The London Road fire station project began within Professional Platforms during Ella's MA in Illustration. Creating initial responses to the archive material and working alongside a group of students to create varying outcomes. This project was the start of a longer exploration into research through illustration. Whilst also providing collaboration opportunities and developing professional relationships.

A tale of two boys and their mischief when hijacking and crashing the milk float at London Road fire station in Manchester.
These are GIFs and short animations created in collaboration with filmmaker Rob Collins during the Professional Platforms project. These animations were used in his film depicting the London Road laundry room.
